Hank’s Creekside Restaurant began when a dear friend prompted Hank to follow up on an ad in the paper for the equipment that once had belonged to the Little Bird Café’. Upon inspection and the counsel of a close friend of the family, the venture of opening a breakfast restaurant seemed worth the risk and the labors began. All hands were on deck as the cleaning, remodeling and city permit process consumed the time, energy and resources of a coordinated effort of family and friends who volunteered their skills from contractors to plumbers. It is the spirit of friendship that is the foundation for this thriving business which has since 1992 provided a place where people can gather and enjoy each other and good eating.
